Patriot III in Backyard

We have ordered a PATRIOT III bunkerhouse to put in our backyard. It will be a one room, one or two person livable model. Amenities include: shower, toilet, kitchen sink, kitchen cabinets, 10gal water heater, microwave, mini refrigerator, storage space under bed, mini oven, TV/DVD player, foldable table, HVAC unit and twin bed. It will hookup utilities in similar manner to an RV. Electrical power will come from a 8 GA power cord, 20' long with 50A plug. Water supply will come from underneath the home from a standard hose bib. Sewer hookup will be through a flex sewer hose to yard clean-out. The design has passed the review of city engineers for a building permit.
